- Pumpkin peeled – 1 cup (cut in 1-inch chunks)
- Broccoli – 1 head (cut in small pieces)
- cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil – 2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 pinch
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Cloves – 1 tsp (ground)
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
How to make Pumpkin Broccoli Recipe
- Take a pan and heat oil in it.
- Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, add the pumpkin and broccoli.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, black pepper, cloves, and garam masala.
- Add enough water until the vegetables are cooked.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
