Easy to make, scrumptious, and wholesome Palak Curry Recipe made in Indian fashion with spices. Goes effectively with naan, roti, or any flavored rice like jeera rice.

Ingredients
- 150 grams spinach (palak)
- 1½ tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 medium onion
- 1 to 2 inexperienced chilies

- 1½ tablespoon besan (gram flour)
- ¾ teaspoon GARAM MASALA

For tempering
- ¾ tablespoon GHEE or 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 to three garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1 to 2 dried purple chilies (damaged)
- ⅛ teaspoon hing (asafoetida)
How to make Palak Curry Recipe
- Rinse and chop onions, spinach, ginger, garlic, and inexperienced chilies.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to fry. When they splutter, add onions and inexperienced chilies.
- Saute until the onions flip golden. Add ginger garlic, turmeric, and salt. Saute for two minutes.
