CASHEW CURRY RECIPE | RECIPE OF KAJU CURRY | CURRY RECIPES

Cashew Curry Recipe is a very tasty vegetable that is made with rich gravy, cashew nut vegetables can be made for any party or you can make this vegetable whenever you feel like eating something good.

Ingredients

  • Makhane – 1 cup
  • Cashews – 25
  • Oil – half cup in which we will fry cashews and Makhane.
  • For gravy:
  • Tomato – 4 (250 grams)
  • Green chili – 2
  • Cashews – 25 cashews, soaked in water for one hour
  • Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Cumin – half a teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – Spoon

How to make Cashew Curry Recipe

  • Wash and cut the tomatoes into large pieces, remove the green chili stalks and wash them.
  • Pour the tomato green chilies into the mixer jar, add soaked cashews with them, and grind all the things finely.
  • For gravy, fry masala, heat a pan and add oil to the pan.
  • Add cumin seeds when the oil is hot, add asafoetida when roasted cumin seeds, fry a little by adding ginger paste, turmeric powder, kasoori methi, and coriander powder.
  • Now add ground masala, add red chili powder and fry the masala on medium heat till the oil starts floating on it.
  • While the masala is roasted, fry cashew nuts and machine on another gas and prepare it.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add cashews to medium hot oil and fry them till they turn light brown.
  • Now add some Makhane and fry till it becomes light brown, fry all the Makhanas, and prepare them.
  • Stirring the spices occasionally, prepare the oil, the oil starts separating from the spices, the masala is roasted.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the roasted spices, add salt, garam masala, and a little green coriander and mix.
  • After the gravy comes to a boil, add roasted makhana and cashews, mix, cover the vegetables and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes so that the cashew nuts and all the spices inside the mache are soaked.
  • Makhana cashew curry vegetable is ready, the very good vegetable is made, take it out in a bowl, and garnish the vegetable by adding green coriander or cream.
  • Serve and eat Makhana cashew curry with chapatti, paranthas, poor, or rice.
