- 1 Mixed Fruit
- 2 Hung Yoghurt
- 1/4 Cup Mango Pulp
- 3/4 Cups Castor sugar
- 8-10 Black Grapes
- 1 Apple
- 2 Banana
- 2 Peeled Chickoos
- 5-6 Strawberries
- 1 Kiwi
- 2-3 Red velvet cakes

Instructions
- Peel apple, kiwi and bananas and cut into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
- Whisk together yoghurt and castor sugar in another bowl till well blended.
- Add mango pulp and continue to whisk.
- Add the mixture to the fruits and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and serve cold in a martini glass or a bowl.
- Blend custard with an electric beater and add to fruits.
- Mix well.
- Crumble velvet cakes and place in a circular glass dish.
- Press lightly, pour custard on top and spread evenly.
- Halve the strawberry and make a fan out of it.
- Place it in the centre of the dish.
- Halve black grapes and place on the circular side of the dish.
- Enjoy Fruit Shrikhand.
