Ingredients

  • Raw Banana – 3 (500 grams)
  • Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 4 teaspoons
  • Rye – 4 teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves – 10 – 12
  • Asafetida – pinch
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder – 4 tsp
  • Mango powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger – ½ tsp
  • Green chili – 2 – finely chopped
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon or slightly more as per taste

How to make Banana Fry Recipe

  • Peel the raw banana and cut it into two pieces and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now pour these sliced ​​pieces in water so that they do not become black and keep the vessel filled with water on the gas.
  • Now add टी tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder and mix well. Cover the pot and allow the banana pieces to cook until they become soft.
  • In 10 minutes the banana pieces are ready to soften, turn off the gas and strain the bananas, and separate the water.
  • To make the vegetable, place the pan on the gas to heat it. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat it.
  • Add mustard seeds to the hot oil and fry it. After adding mustard seeds, add cumin, curry leaves, asafoetida, finely chopped green chili, and ginger paste and fry the spices lightly.
  • Add 4 teaspoons turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder to the masala and mix.
  • Now add banana, salt, red chili powder, mango powder, and some green coriander. Now cook them for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
  • The vegetable is ready, turn off the gas.
  • Take out the vegetable in a bowl.
  • You can serve this dry vegetable with parantha, chapatti, etc.
