Mango Kheer Recipe is a quick and easy to make dessert, filled with the goodness of Mango pulp. Ingredients

  • 1-litre full cream milk


  • 1 handful of basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet mango pulp
  • Few Cashews Nuts



Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom pan.
  • Add very little water and add the milk.
  • Bring it to boil.
  • Reduce the liquid to half of the initial quantity.
  • Now add the soaked rice into boiling milk and boil the rice along with it.
  • When the rice is cooked enough, add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Now let the mixture cool completely.
  • Pour the kheer in a large container and add the mango pulp and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped cashew nut and refrigerate it for 4 hours before serving.
  • Serve it when it chills.
