Sugar 3 tsp
Skimmed milk 1 cup
Green cardamom 2-3
Raisins 4

How to Make Carrot Kheer Recipe

  • Grate carrots finely.
  • Boil milk, add carrots and simmer on low flame for 15 minutes with occasional stirring till the kheer thickens.
  • Add sugar and stir till it is dissolved.
  • Remove from fire add crushed green cardamom.
  • Serve hot or cold garnished with raisins.

Semolina (Suji) 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Green cardamom 1-2
Raisins 5-6

How to Make Suji Halwa Recipe 

  • Make a syrup of sugar and water.
  • Dry roast semolina in a pan on low flame till golden color.
  • Stir constantly till the mixture emits a flavor.
  • Add sugar syrup to roast semolina on slow fire. Kepp string till all syrup is absorbed and halwa starts leaving the sides of kadai.
  • Garnish with powdered cardamom and raisins.
  • Serve hot.

Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Green cardamom 2-3

How to Make Besan Ladoo Recipe

  • Make a syrup of sugar and water.
  • Dry roast besan and semolina in Japan on low flame till golden color.
  • Stir constantly till the mixture emits a flavor.
  • Remove from fire, add Haldi and powdered cardamom and let it coll.
  • Add sugar to roasted besan.
  • Make ladoo of the mixture and serve.

Channa dal 4 tsp
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Water 2 cups

How to Make Chana Dal Sweet Rice Recipe 

  • Clean and soak the rice for 15 minutes.
  • Wash and cook the dal with little water till tender.
  • Cook the rice in one volume of water.
  • Make a syrup of jaggery with water.
  • Add dal and syrup to rice and cook on low flame till water dries.
  • Serve hot.

  • Grate the carrots and saute them in dry kadai.
  • When moisture dries and sugar and milk.
  • cook on low flame till the milk dries.
  • Add cardamom powder and raisins.
  • Serve hot or cold as desired.

Cardamom 1/2 tsp

How to Make Jaggery Rice Recipe

  • Clean and soak the rice for at least 1 hour.
  • Dissolve the jaggery in water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add solution aniseeds, cardamom, and few dates.
  • Add the soaked rice and cook in pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Remove all the steam and put it in a serving dish.
  • Serve hot garnished with a few raisins and grated dates.
