Easy Jalebi Recipe is a melt-in-the-mouth Indian dessert that can best be described as funnel cakes. it is popular in all corners of the world, it is too delicious sweet especially serve as breakfast and also in festivals.

Ingredients

  • Maida-100gm
  • Curd-1cup
  • Corn Flour-30gm
  • Hot Oil-1tbs
  • Lemon Yellow Food Colour-1/2tsp (I used Liquid Colour)
  • Sugar-1cup
  • Water-1cup
  • Oil-For deep frying

How to make Easy Jalebi Recipe

  • Mix maida, cornflour, hot oil, and curd. Add food color and enough water to make a batter
    slightly thinner than the dosa batter.
  • Allow it to ferment overnight.
  • Add water and sugar and bring it to boil. Let the syrup boil until it becomes sticky.
  • Keep it aside.
  • For piping Jalebis, you can use a plastic bag or a piping bag or a sauce bottle. I used a piping
    bag with a writing nozzle. But it gets very messy. I think the sauce bottle method will be nice.
  • Heat oil in a flat bottomed pan. When it is medium heat, pipe out jalebis into the oil.
  • Keep the sugar syrup warm when frying the jalebis.
  • Flip the jalebis when they become firm.
  • When all the bubbling has stopped, remove the jalebis and drop them into the warm syrup.
  • Let them soak for 30 seconds. Flip them and let them soak for another 20seconds.
  • Remove the jalebis from syrup and place them on a plate separately, so that they don’t stick
    to each other.
  • Serve warm.

Ingredients

  • Sugar Powder – 2.75 cups (400 grams)
  • Mawa – 2.25 cups (500 grams)
  • Makhana – 1.5 cup (25 grams)
  • Melon seeds – 1 cup
  • Dry Coconut – 1.5 cup (100 grams grated)
  • Almonds – one cup (75 grams)
  • Gum – ¼ cup (50 grams)
  • Ghee – ½ cup (100 grams)

How to make Janmashtami Bhog Recipes

  • Put the pan on the gas and after adding watermelon seeds to the pan, fry them while stirring continuously until they are lightly flowered.
  • The sound of chattering started coming from these and if there is a slight fragrance from it, then our seeds are ready to fry. The seeds have to be roasted on low heat. (It takes about 2 minutes to fry the seeds).
  • When the seeds fry, take them out in a plate
  • Now add grated coconut to the pan and stir it continuously and fry it on medium heat till it starts to color and smell.
  • Fry the coconut in 1.5 minutes and it is ready, take it out in a plate.
  • To fry the gum, add ghee to the pan and heat it slightly. If the glue is poured into medium hot or hot ghee, the glue remains raw or hard from inside.
  • Fry in a little hot ghee and fry on low flame while stirring continuously. When the glue changes slightly and changes in color, take the glue out of the plate.
  • Add almonds to the remaining ghee and stir fry continuously until it becomes light golden.
  • Almonds are ready to fry in 2 minutes, take them out on a plate.
  • Now add ghee to the ghee and shake it slightly and turn it into a golden brown color.
  • It takes 3 minutes to roast Makhana. Take out the fried makhanas on a plate. Dry fruits are all roasted and ready.
  • Place the roasted gum in the oven and take it out on a plate. Crush the Makhane and prepare it.
  • Now place the almonds in the oven and prepare them in a fine paste and take them out on a plate.

Fry Mawa and Add Dry Fruit

  • Now keep the pan on the gas and add mawa to it and fry it on a medium flame while stirring continuously until it changes color. Mawa is ready to fry in about 3 minutes
  • Now add powdered sugar to this mawa and mix. After the mawa and sugar are well mixed, cook it for 2-3 minutes, after which add dry fruits and mix well.
  • Stir the mixture on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes continuously until the consistency is firm.
  • To test the mixture, take a little of the mixture in a bowl and if it freezes after cooling slightly, our mixture is ready.
  • Now take a plate and lubricate it with ghee and spread the mixture in this plate and keep it to freeze.
  • After 15-20 minutes, the mixture has frozen slightly and now make a dent on it. You can make its pieces smaller or larger as you wish.
  • After 40 minutes, our dry fruit baking is ready, heat the plate down on a little gas so that the pug separates easily from the plate. Take out the mint pieces in a plate
  • Mix dry fruit paag is ready to eat. Dry fruit baking can be stored in the refrigerator and used for 10–12 days.

Note

  • Fry all the dry fruits and prepare them well.
  • When the color of mawa changes slightly and ghee starts separating, the fried mawa is ready.
  • After the powdered sugar is thoroughly mixed in the mawa, cook it for 2-3 minutes, after which add dry fruit to it.
  • After mixing dry fruit in the mawa, mix it while stirring continuously, until it reaches the consistency of freeze.
  • You can take dry fruit as per your choice. You can remove dry fruits that you do not like, you can use dry fruit as much as you like.

  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder – 4 tsp

  • Green chili – 2 – finely chopped
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon or slightly more as per taste

How to make Banana Fry Recipe

  • Peel the raw banana and cut it into two pieces and cut it into small pieces.

Jeera Rice Recipe is made with whole spices and cumin flavor is easy to make a casserole. Serve it with lentils, vegetables, or curries or only with pickles. They look delicious in every way.

Ingredients

  • Basmati rice – 1 cup
  • Ghee or oil – 2 -3 tablespoons
  • Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon full
  • Lemon – 1
  • Whole Spices – 1 large cardamom, 4 long, 7-8 black pepper, and 1-inch cinnamon slice
  • Salt – 1 tsp (as per taste)

How to make Jeera Rice Recipe

  • Clean and wash the rice and soak it in water for 1/2 hour. After half an hour removes the excess water from the rice.
  • Heat the ghee in a vessel, when the ghee gets hot, add cumin seeds and fry it lightly (cumin should not be black), add whole spices, cinnamon, black pepper, long and cardamom and fry lightly, soaked rice.
  • Add rice to the spices and fry for 2 minutes and stir continuously with a spoon.
  • Now add 2 cups of water, add salt and squeeze the lemon juice in the rice (lemon juice improves the color and taste of the rice), mix well, cook the rice for 5 minutes on a slow fire, allow it to cook.
  • Open the rice for 5 minutes, stir the rice well.
  • Cover the rice again and let it cook again for 5 minutes on low heat, open the rice, and see if the rice is not cooked completely.
  • Now the water is showing in the rice, stir the rice and cover it for 3-4 Cook again for a minute.
  • Come, check the rice, the water is out in the rice, the rice is soft and long, the rice is made. Turn the gas off.
  • Cover the rice and leave it in the same pot for 10-15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes the cumin is ready to flourish, garnish with cilantro coriander, serve and eat.

Note

  • If the rice is cooked on a high fire, the rice will not cook well in so much water due to evaporation.
  • Rice has to be cooked on a slow fire.

  • Makhane – 1 cup
  • Cashews – 25
  • Oil – half cup in which we will fry cashews and Makhane.
  • For gravy:
  • Tomato – 4 (250 grams)
  • Green chili – 2
  • Cashews – 25 cashews, soaked in water for one hour
  • Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Cumin – half a teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – Spoon

How to make Cashew Curry Recipe

  • Wash and cut the tomatoes into large pieces, remove the green chili stalks and wash them.
  • Pour the tomato green chilies into the mixer jar, add soaked cashews with them, and grind all the things finely.
  • For gravy, fry masala, heat a pan and add oil to the pan.
  • Add cumin seeds when the oil is hot, add asafoetida when roasted cumin seeds, fry a little by adding ginger paste, turmeric powder, kasoori methi, and coriander powder.
  • Now add ground masala, add red chili powder and fry the masala on medium heat till the oil starts floating on it.
  • While the masala is roasted, fry cashew nuts and machine on another gas and prepare it.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add cashews to medium hot oil and fry them till they turn light brown.
  • Now add some Makhane and fry till it becomes light brown, fry all the Makhanas, and prepare them.
  • Stirring the spices occasionally, prepare the oil, the oil starts separating from the spices, the masala is roasted.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the roasted spices, add salt, garam masala, and a little green coriander and mix.
  • After the gravy comes to a boil, add roasted makhana and cashews, mix, cover the vegetables and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes so that the cashew nuts and all the spices inside the mache are soaked.
  • Makhana cashew curry vegetable is ready, the very good vegetable is made, take it out in a bowl, and garnish the vegetable by adding green coriander or cream.
  • Serve and eat Makhana cashew curry with chapatti, paranthas, poor, or rice.

How to make Rasmalai Recipe

  • To make rasmalai chhena, first, take the milk and keep it on gas. Now mix lemon juice and water in it. This will break the milk required to make chhena.
  • The milk will quickly burst while running with a spoon for some time. After a while, the chhena and water will separate, then turn off the gas flame.
  • After doing this, take a sieve and place a cloth over it and cover the chena with a sieve. This will separate water and chhena. Now wash the chinas with clean water to remove citrus acidity.
  • Now keep the casing cloth for some time so that water comes out of it. When this happens, take out the dried chisel on a plate and keep it for a while. If the chena dries well, the balls will be made good.
  • Now mash the chena and sieve. When the chena becomes smooth and smooth, make its shells. Keep in mind that the size of the sphere is not very large.
  • To make syrup, take a pot, keep it on gas, add water to it, add 2 cups of sugar, cardamom and heat it lightly and keep it for cooking.

  • After some time remove the lid and cover with a spoon for 4-5 minutes. The balls will double in size in no time.
  • Let it cool for a while. Your chenna is ready.
  • To make Rabri, pour milk in a pan and keep it on gas. Now cook it, when the milk starts boiling then add saffron in it and slow down the gas.
  • Stir it with a spoon so that your milk does not burn. Add sugar and cardamom after some time. When the milk becomes thick and the sugar also melts, add cucumber and chironji pieces.
  • Mix all the mixture well. Your delicious rasmalai is ready.
