BHEL PURI | BHEL PURI RECIPE

Bhel Puri is a savory snack, originating from the Indian subcontinent, and is also a type of chaat. It is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce. Bhel is often identified with the beaches of Mumbai, such as Chowpatty or Juhu.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 oz. crushed potato chips
  • 2 oz. salted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste

How to make Bhel Puri 

  • Mix the puffed rice, chickpeas, potatoes, onions and peanuts.
  • Add tomato sauce, mix well and then sprinkle salt and the sev/potato chips.
  • The mixture must be made immediately before serving, or the puffed rice will turn soggy.
  • Spread some fresh coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy Bhel Puri.

Bhindi Masala Recipe, okra or lady’s finger-there are multiple names for this nutritious vegetable which is grown in many parts of the world, especially with a temperate or tropical climate. Bhindi is a vegetable that is widely consumed in the Indian household though many of us might not be aware of its myriad health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. okra
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste or powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander paste or powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

How to make Bhindi Masala Recipe 

  • Cut the tip and the very bottom from the okra just to clean it, but do not slice.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add all ingredients except okra, tomato and cilantro.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add okra, then cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
  • Serve with rice, naan or pita bread /roti.
  • Enjoy Delicious Bhindi Masala.

Note 

  • Bhindi contains no cholesterol of its own and in fact, contains a component called pectin which helps in lowering bad cholesterol. Bad cholesterol is a cause of heart diseases and it can be controlled by increasing consumption of bhindi.
  • Bhindi is a great option for diabetics since the high fibre content is of a type which releases sugars slowly into the blood owing to a slow rate of digestion. This ensures that there is no sugar spike, which occurs after a diabetic eats food.
  • Research has shown that bhindi contains higher amounts of antioxidants compared to other vegetables. Antioxidants prevent oxidative damage to cells and hence lower the risk of cancer. The high fibre content maintains a healthy digestive system and prevents colon cancer.
  • Bhindi contains a high amount of vitamin C which is known to boost immunity and prevent common infections. 100 grams of bhindi can give you around 40% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C.
  • Since bhindi contains high amounts of vitamin K, folate and iron, it is great for promoting blood health and for treatment and prevention of anaemia.
  • Containing only 33 calories in every 100 grams, bhindi is a good option for people wanting to lose weight. The high fibre content makes you feel full for longer and lowers intake of calories.
  • Bhindi contains a high amount of insoluble dietary fiber which helps in cleaning out the whole digestive system especially the intestinal tract. This, in turn, plays a great role in keeping the gut healthy and preventing colon cancer.
  • Folate or folic acid is an important mineral that is required for conception and subsequent development of the foetus. Bhindi contains a high amount of folate which ensures proper neurological development of the baby.

KADAI PANEER RECIPE

Kadai Paneer Recipe is one of the most popular Indian paneer recipes and is best enjoyed with naan or roti!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted1 t
  • tablespoon oil, 15 ml, I used avocado oil
  • 1 medium red onion, 150 grams, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 medium tomatoes, 450 grams, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1-inch ginger, julienned, divided
  • 1/2 cup water, 4 oz/120 ml
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 30 ml
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 large green bell pepper (capsicum), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 225 grams paneer, cubed, if using store-bought paneer soak it in warm water for 20-25 minutes before using
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi, dried fenugreek leaves
  • cilantro, to garnish

How to Make Kadai Paneer Recipe

  • In a large kadhai or any other pan, now melt butter with oil on medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and saute for 3 minutes until softened. Then add the sliced green chili and ginger garlic paste and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix and cook for around 6 minutes until tomatoes are really soft.
  • Then add 3 to 4 teaspoons of the Kadai masala that you prepared earlier (or add the whole thing if you like it spicy). Also add the garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • Add half of the ginger julienne. Stir the spices and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Then add 1/2 cup water and stir.
  • Add cream, salt and sugar and mix. Cook for one minute.
  • Add in the paneer and bell peppers (capsicum) and mix. Cover the pan or kadai with a lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat until bell peppers are slightly softened. You only want them half-cooked here.
  • Crush Kasuri methi and add to the pan.
  • Garnish with remaining ginger julienne and cilantro. Serve Kadai paneer with naan or paratha.
  • Enjoy Kadai Paneer.

Milk Tea Recipe made by fresh milk, black tea, and ice cubes, it gives us instant energy after drinking and it has tremendous benefits.

Ingredients

  • Black Tea –  2 bags
  • Hot water – 2 cup
  • Black tapioca pearl – 1 cup
  • Water – 5 cup
  • Fresh milk – 1/2 cup
  • Ice – 100 grams
  • Sugar – 4 tsp or as per taste

Instructions

    • Pour 1 cup of water into a pan and boil it for 3-4 minutes.
    • Put 2 bags of black tea and boil more 2 minutes.
    • Remove the tea and let it cool.
    • Bring remaining 4 cups of water and boil it. now add black tapioca pearl and stir to avoid sticking together.
    • Cook over medium heat and add water if needed. Drain and wash black tapioca pearl over a tap of cold water.


  • Dissolve sugar or brown sugar into water and put cooked tapioca pearl into the water to avoid sticking together.
  • Use a tall drinking glass and add cooked pearl at bottom of a cup and add sugar.
  • Pou brewed black tea and add fresh milk and mix well.
  • finally, add chunks of ice to milk tea.
  • Enjoy Black Tea.

Note

  • Use fresh milk.
  • Use ice chunks
  • Avoid stickiness of black tapioca pearl.

CHEELA TOMATO | BESAN CHEELA | TOMATO OMELETTE

Cheela Tomato (Tomato Omelette). Besan Chila, essentially an Indian high protein gram flour crepe is also known as a tomato omelette in certain parts of our country. Jowar & Tomato Cheela is a simple diabetic friendly recipe of a healthy cheela recipe made with a combination of jowar flour, maize flour etc.

Ingredients

    • 1 pound tomatoes, peeled and pureed
    • 1 pound besan or gram flour or Jowar flour or maize flour 
    • 4 green chillies, minced



  • 1 small bunch of coriander leaves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon til (sesame seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
  • 6 teaspoons sugar

How to make Cheela Tomato

  • Form a soft batter by mixing together all the above
    ingredients.
  • Heat a griddle (tawa) to smoking. Then lower the heat
    and grease it well with ghee.
  • Put 1/4 cup of batter on it and spread it into a thin even
    round shape.
  • When the undersides turn golden, put a little more ghee around the edges and turn over.



  • Remove from heat when both sides turn golden brown.
    Serve piping hot with green chutney.
  • Enjoy Cheela Tomato.

Palak Paneer Recipe is a very famous dish in our country. Eating it is as easy as eating it. This dish is made in many ways. It is a Punjabi vegetable but the number of people who like it is more than Punjabis. As we all know that spinach is a nutritious diet and how beneficial it is for us. If it is made with a good method and method, then eating it is something else. Spinach not only increases the light of our eyes, but it is beneficial for our whole body.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Spinach
  • 200 gm cottage cheese
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon refined oil
  • Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cream or cream
  • Red Chili (as per taste)
  • salt to taste)
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make Palak Paneer Recipe

  • Before making the spinach cheese, clean the spinach leaves thoroughly and cut them into fine pieces.
  • Boil the spinach in saltwater for 2 minutes. Sieve the boiled spinach in a sieve.
  • Now grind spinach, ginger, green chilies and 1 teaspoon of water in a grinder to make a paste.
  • Heat the refined light on low heat in the pan, add the paneer pieces and fry them till they turn light brown.
  • Now place these paneer pieces on a napkin paper so that it absorbs the oil.
  • In a hot oil pan, fry the finely chopped onions till they turn light brown. After frying the onion, add tomatoes to it. Now add the paste made into roasted onions and tomatoes.
  • Now cook this mixture for a while. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook on low heat till it comes to a boil. Mix this whole mixture well. After boiling, add cheese and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now add kasoori methi and lemon juice and mix. Lighten the flame and add cream to it.
  • Now leave it on low heat to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Enjoy Palak Paneer.

Sandwich Recipe can be made in different ways to make sandwiches and they also have different names. Some people also make cucumber tomato wedge sandwiches. We have made delicious and amazing sandwiches here using potatoes and vegetables. In the morning the children have to say a lot about the lunch box. Sandwiches are also easy to make and can be prepared in a lot of work time. Eating it with tomato sauce, chili sauce and chutney is different. Sandwiches can be eaten like snacks in the evening. Some people like it with tea too.

Ingredients

  • 250 g potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/2 tsp geranmak – as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 8-10 slice bread
  • Butter

How to make Sandwich Recipe

  • Take potatoes first and keep them on the gas to boil. When the potatoes are boiling for some time, take them out and peel them.
  • If you wish, you can mash them or cut them into small pieces.
  • Now finely chop the onion, tomato and green chilies. Cut all the vegetables.
    After doing this, take a pan and add oil and heat it.
  • Now when the cumin seeds get hot, add some cumin seeds, add green chilies and onions. Fry the onion on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now add tomatoes and add a little salt so that the tomatoes melt well. After doing this add red chili, coriander and mix.
  • Fry the spices till they release oil. After this, add potato and garam masala to this mixture. Fry it for a while so that the masala fry well.
  • Add green coriander to it. Now the potato mixture is ready.
  • Now take a slice of bread and pour it on a non-stick pan, cook it a little, now fill the potato mixture in it and close it by adding another slice.
  • Do the same with all slices. You can also easily make sandwiches in a toaster or maker.
  • Do the same for all sandwiches. Your delicious and hot sandwich is ready.
  • Serve these sandwiches with tomato catch or chutney.

Note

  • You can also make sandwiches differently if you want. For that, you can fry the potato mixture in a sandwich without frying it.
  • You can mix it with spices in your sandwich and it will give you a slightly different taste and you will also enjoy eating.
  • If you use oil to butter to make sandwiches, you will enjoy more in taste and eating sandwiches. You can also use cheese when making sandwiches.
  • If you do not want to roast and mash the potatoes for sandwiches, you can also grind the potatoes.
  • This will not cause lumps in your mixture and will make your sandwiches very tasty.

Urad dal is a very tasty and wonderful dal. This lentil is very popular in North India but is now preferred in every household. Today in this recipe, we will tell you a very easy and simple way by which you can make this dal even more delicious. Dal is a very nutritious dish as we all know that there are many benefits of eating lentils.

You can make homemade spices by grinding whole spices at home, this will make the taste of lentils even more wonderful. As children have very tantrums while eating lentils, they will make them delicious and feed them with great fervor. This urad dal is very tasty in dhabas, but you do not need to go to any dhaba, you can make delicious and good dal at home by yourself. This delicious lentil is also made at weddings and banquets where people eat it with great fervor. Urad Dal is the most consumed of all pulses. There are many benefits of eating this dal, you can easily make delicious dal whenever you want. All the ingredients for creating it are easily found in reception.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 7-8 curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 pieces cloves
  • 7-8 black pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 piece Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon red chili
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Urad Dal Recipe

  • First, take the lentils and wash them thoroughly and clean them.
  • Now soak it in water as required and keep it for some time.
  • Now put ghee in the cooker, when the ghee gets hot, add little cumin seeds, now add the remaining spices like turmeric, coriander, red chili, finely chopped green chili, ginger paste and fry well.
  • When the masala is roasted, add finely chopped tomatoes and fry well. When tomatoes are roasted, add soaked lentils to it.
  • After this, add 2 cups of water in the cooker and mix all the mixture well. Now close the lid of the cooker.
  • Wait for a whistle to come. When the whistle comes, wait for the pressure to come out.
  • Now take out the lentils in the pot and add coriander to it and serve hot.

Sweet pasta is a very tasty and delicious snack. Everyone likes this fun dish. There is hardly anyone who refuses to eat sweet pasta. Everyone loves this yummy and creamy dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Sugar to taste

How to make Sweet Pasta

  • To make sweet pasta, first, take water in a pot and place it on the gas to boil.
  • Add a little oil to the water and mix. When the water boils, add the pasta and mix well.
  • Keep stirring the pasta until it is well cooked. In a short, while your pasta will cook and become soft.
  • Turn off the gas, now fry and keep your pasta with the help of a sieve.
  • Now take the capsicum, remove its seeds and cut it into a long shape. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped capsicum to it and fry on low heat.
  • Soon your capsicum will be crispy. Take them out on a plate. Now add maida to the butter and fry it till it changes its color.
  • Mix milk and cream in water flour. Mix the two well so that there are no lumps in it. After a while, your white chutney is ready.
  • Add cottage cheese, sugar, black pepper, boiled pasta, and capsicum and mix well.
  • Leave it to cook for a while. After 2-3 minutes your delicious pasta is ready, take it out in a plate and survey all.
