Ingredients 

  • Spinach – 1 kg (a big bunch)
  • Paneer – 200 grams (grated)
  • Tomatoes – 4
  • Green Chili – 1
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
  • Cashews – 10 – 12 (chopped)
  • Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/Four tsp
  • Red chili powder – less than 1/Four teaspoon (if you need)
  • Salt – As per style (3/Four tsp)
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil – For Making Vegetables
  • Garam Masala – lower than 1/Four teaspoon

How to make Recipe of Paneer Bhurji

  • Remove the sticks of spinach leaves, dipped in water, and wash them properly 2-Three times.
  • Place the washed spinach in a sieve or on a plate diagonally and let the spinach drain out.
  • Finely chop the spinach using a knife or chopping board.
  • Cut the tomatoes into large items, take away the green chili stalks, peel and wash the ginger.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 loose and chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum

  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt – as per taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Coriander finely chopped

How to make Pav Bhaji

  • First, put the potatoes in the cooker to boil.
  • After boiling, sprinkle it out and mash it.
  • Now add the remaining vegetables i.e. carrots, peas, cauliflower, capsicum, and also add 1/2 cup water to boil. Mash it after a while.
  • Place a pan on the gas and heat it by adding oil to it. Now add onion, ginger garlic paste, pav bhaji masala, turmeric and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • When the masala turns red, add tomatoes, butter, salt, and mashed vegetables to it.
  • Now mix all the mixture well. Let it cook on the gas for 5 minutes so that all the vegetables mix well with the spices.
  • Turn off the gas after cooking for 5-7 minutes. Our language is ready.

Khasta Kachori Recipe

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plain flour or
    maida)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ¼ cup chilled water, more or less as
    needed

Filling

  • ¼ cup yellow moong dal (available in
    Indian grocery stores)
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground fennel
    seeds (saunf)
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground coriander
    seeds (dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
  • Pinch of asafetida (Hing)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Oil to deep-fry

How to make Khasta Kachori Recipe

Dough

  • Mix the flour, salt, and oil.
  • Add the chilled water slowly, mixing with your fingers as you pour.
  • Do not knead the dough. It should be very soft.
  • Cover the dough and let it sit at least fifteen minutes

Filling

  • Grind the moong dal dry, almost to a powder.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of oil into the ground dal in a frying pan and roast over medium heat for two to three minutes, or until the dal changes color slightly.
  • Stir continuously.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add all the spices and mix well.
  • Let the mixture cool off.
  • Add two tablespoons of warm water and mix well.
  • Let sit ten minutes, covered with a damp cloth

Make Kachories

  • Take the dough and knead it for minutes. Divide the dough into twelve equal parts.
  • Take one part of the dough and with your fingers flatten the edges to form a three-inch circle, leaving the center a little thicker than the edges.
  • Mold the dough into a cup and place one teaspoon of the filling in the center.
  • Pull the edges of the dough to wrap the dal filling.
  • Proceed to make all twelve balls.
  • Let the filled balls sit for three to four minutes before rolling.
  • Set the filled balls on a surface with the seams facing up.
  • Using the base of your palm, slowly flatten them into circles about three inches in diameter.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat frying pan should have about one inch of oil. To check if oil is ready put a little piece of dough in the oil. It should sizzle, and come up very slow.
  • Fry them on medium-low heat. After they start to puff, slowly turn them over. Fry until golden-brown on both sides.
  • If the kachoris are fried on high heat, they will get soft and will not be crispy.
  • Kachoris can be stored for at least a week in an airtight container.

Aloo Tikki for Burger Recipe is mostly considered as street-side food around the world but nowadays people are enjoying it at home also.

Aloo Tikki For Burger

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs for rolling
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for mixing spread

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce

Other Ingredients for Potato Tikki Burger

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 tsp soft butter
  • 1/2 cups finely chopped iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 12 Tomato Slices
  • 12 onion sliced
  • Add some rock salt and freshly ground black pepper to sprinkle

How to make Aloo Tikki for Burger

  • Combine all-purpose flour and 3/4 cup water in a deep bowl and whisk well. Keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add cumin seeds and fry it on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  • Add garlic and onion and fry on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add green peas and fry for 1 minute on medium heat.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for approx 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and mix each part into 75 ml. M. (3 ”) diameter and 1 cm. M. Shape into a thick round Tikki.
  • Dip each Tikki in the flour-water mixture and roll it in bread crumbs until it is evenly coat from all sides.
  • Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and fry each Tikki till golden brown from both sides.

Potato Tikki Burger Recipe

  • Cut each burger bun horizontally (horizontally) in two.
  • Apply 1 tsp of butter to each half of the burger bun and toast them lightly on a non-stick pan.
  • Place 2 cooked burger buns on a clean, dry surface.
  • Spread evenly prepared superhead on each half.
  • Spread 1/4 cup lettuce leaves on the lower half of the burger bun.
  • Put a potato Tikki, one cheese slice, two tomato slices, and two onion slices on top of it, and finally sprinkle a little salt and pepper over it.
  • Cover the top half of the burger bun with the butter-spread side facing down and press it lightly.
  • Repeat method number 3 to 4 to make 5 more potato Tikki burgers.
  • Serve the potato Tikki burger immediately.
